TALK TO DR VIGNESH DEVRAJ TO SEE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT COURSE FOR YOU.
If you had a way to gain the confidence and skill in guiding your clients with a practical, accurate and result-oriented roadmap for recovery, would you learn it? Or would you keep on:
Learning the principles and wondering how to apply this in real life practise.
Studying without applying the knowledge.
Trying to read the ancient texts without understanding what they are truly saying.
Are you an Ayurvedic practitioner who wants to take your work to the next level, or a medical doctor, health coach, naturopath or TCM practitioner wanting to integrate Ayurveda into your practise? Would you like to transform the health & well being of your clients but don’t know where to start and how to effectively integrate Ayurveda? If yes, read on…
When strangers ask me what is the difference between the Allopathic system and Ayurveda, my reply is Allopathy is the answer to humanity’s question, “How can we give more years to a person's life” whereas Ayurveda is the answer to humanity's question, “how can we add more life to a person's years.” It takes years of experience to be a healer who can guide a patient through a health crisis and give them the right kind of emotional support and guidance. This Mastermind course aims to reduce your learning curve and help you feel confident while supporting your patients and clients. It will provide you with a refined understanding of the Ayurvedic science with specific protocols that you can start applying in your practise right away.
Many people have approached me with an interest in becoming an Ayurvedic practitioner. When they ask for my suggestions to find a course that can help them acquire this skill set, I’ve always found it difficult to answer. It’s because most of the courses available are difficult to comprehend or worse, don't give an easy to understand or a clear roadmap to recovery. These courses don’t teach you beyond addressing a client’s lifestyle based on dosha analysis - a helpful, but also a limited tool, which does not instil the certainty and confidence required in providing guidance for chronic health concerns that Western medicine hasn’t been able to fix.
"It is this gap that encouraged me to design this course based on my own clinical expertise in working with Ayurvedic science."
Ayurvedic practitioners who want to upgrade their clinical skills to the next level.
Medical doctors who want to integrate holistic healing therapies in their practice.
Health coaches, Nutritionists, or Yoga therapists who want to integrate Ayurveda with their healing practice.
Those who have a strong inner calling to be an Ayurvedic Practitioner or health coach but are not sure how to take it forward.
One of my teachers, Dr Santha Kumari, a gifted Ayurvedic Eye Doctor, used to tell me that the most efficient way to learn Ayurveda is by learning about the treatment methodologies for a particular disease through case studies. This is a much efficient way than learning about the basic principles, disease diagnosis, and then finally coming to the treatment protocol. This Mastermind programme is designed in a similar way, using the mother tongue learning approach. Early language acquisition happens through observation and complete immersion in the practical use of language, while the mind intuitively compartmentalizes the information experienced. When we practice speaking a language, we learn better and faster than using memorization techniques, word sentence formations or grammar rules. In this Mastermind course, we dive into the basics of healing in Ayurveda by exploring case studies and deconstructing them, while getting hands-on experience with the patients. You will also have a behind the scenes experience at the renowned Ayurvedic centre, Sitaram Beach Retreat in Kerala.
In a usual course, you will be reading about Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Dhathus etc, foundational theories, difficult technical jargon in Sanskrit, and are left on your own to figure out it’s application. In the AHB Mastermind program, we learn how each disease is treated with case studies, treatment protocols used, and then decode the Ayurvedic principles used. Afterwards, you get hands-on experience during the internship, which will help imprint the wisdom into your system. In usual courses, we learn the basics but are left to figure out its application, here we have a laser-sharp focus on the practical aspects of Ayurvedic healing therapies for specific diseases.
After the live monthly online events, you also get a bonus one-month internship at Sitaram Beach Retreat - a NABH Accredited Ayurvedic Hospital, where you have direct experience of working with Dr Vignesh Devraj and his medical team. You get to know the patients, learn about Ayurvedic therapies, Marma therapies, Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking methods. We also have incorporated pharmacy visits and herbal garden visits in this course to expand your knowledge on everything related to Ayurveda.
According to Ayurveda, every disease has to be treated with any or all of these methods.
Calming the nervous system
Regulating the metabolism
Removing the toxins & topping up micro/macronutrients
The focus of this Mastermind will be on understanding and getting a practical roadmap to recovery, and protocols to help your patients in the following ten health areas:
Preliminary resources will be shared on 8th January 2022, and live classes begin on 15 January, 2022.
I am Dr Vignesh Devraj, an Ayurvedic doctor from Kerala born into a lineage of Ayurvedic doctors. My cosmic tryst with Ayurveda probably began when my great grandfather started an Ayurveda institute 100 years ago in Thrissur - then belonging to the Madras Province in the British Era.
Initially, I didn’t have a strong inclination to join the family tradition, but I didn’t have a choice. And like every other person in modern society, I was also disconnected from the wisdom that runs deep in our roots. Being an extremely kinesthetic learner, I found Ayurveda interesting only if the teacher was able to engage me with stories and practical application of the knowledge.
Parallelly, I kept falling sick with severe allergies, and my unhealthy lifestyle only worsened it. Of course, I wanted a quick fix and resorted to allopathic medicines. Eventually, it dawned on me that this was not a sustainable route, and also because of the side effects I was experiencing - In fact, the side effects were worse than the allergies.
Finally, I turned to my father and decided to undergo a Panchakarma treatment at his hospital. It was during this time that my perspective changed. Experiencing what I had only studied so far opened up a deep understanding of the subject for me. Experiencing the Ayurvedic wisdom in my body woke up the inner healer in me. For the first time, I was able to connect with Ayurveda like I never did before. Later, I started a holistic Ayurveda centre called Sitaram Beach Retreat in Kerala where people come to experience Ayurveda treatments, healthy nutrition, therapeutic yoga, intensive panchakarma, and connect with nature. My vision is to help people experience what it means to be healthy, and feel encouraged to take the habits learnt here back home.
After treating thousands of patients from around the world with metabolic disorders, psychosomatic disorders, menopause issues, autoimmune disorders and more, I understood that we are a generation still figuring out how to live in a world of abundance. Today, our problems are rooted in having too much indulgence, food and entertainment. The only answer for our health problems is conscious living, mindfulness and aligning with the intelligence of Nature.
My goal here is for you to be an even more skilled healer so that you can work effectively with those who are suffering, and help transform the quality of our collective health as human beings.
My vision is to create a holistic healthcare system where humanity feels safe and receives optimal health guidance, and does not waste resources looking for second opinions.
After treating thousands of cases successfully over the last 14 years (which are often cases that didn’t find support in the allopathic system), I have documented the protocol for holistic management of these diseases learned through my own clinical experience.
After many requests on how to learn these techniques, I have designed this Mastermind program for everyone who wants to be an efficient holistic healer and integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda in their practice.
